A five-level coastal residence perched above the shoreline at Avoca Beach, Rockpool House was designed to embrace its panoramic ocean outlook while delivering a high-end experience for multi-generational living and entertaining.

Anchored by raw concrete, glass and steel, the home unfolds across a vertical footprint with elevator access to all floors. At the top, a secluded master retreat offers total privacy with its own study, lounge, spa-style ensuite, and private deck. The main living level opens to sweeping ocean views, with WOLF appliances, custom joinery, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Each of the four king bedrooms features a private ensuite, with an additional guest room and bunk room designed to comfortably accommodate large families or groups. Wellness elements were integrated throughout, including a heated pool and spa, cold plunge, indoor sauna, and multiple outdoor terraces.

With smart-home tech, off-form concrete finishes, and parking for eight, Rockpool House reflects a considered approach to coastal luxury — balancing durability with design across every level.
